PaperCut: Student Installation (HP)

1. Click Start.
2. Type “Company Portal” in the search bar.
3. Select Company Portal in the search results.
4. In Company Portal search for Papercut and select PaperCut MF Client.
5. Select Install.
6. Once install is complete, close out of Company Portal.
7. Select Start.
8. In the Start menu select All apps to show list of installed apps.
9. Scroll down to PaperCut MF Client and select it to launch it.

PaperCut (Mac): Installing the Mobility Print app

*Please Note: You will need to be connect to Stout Secure or connect to VPN to download and install the Mobility Print app.  If you receive an error when installing the app, please try again.  If you continue to get an error, Contact the Technology Help Desk.

1. Go to our Mobility Print Installer website.
2. Click Download.
3. If prompted, select Allow to allow the download.
4. In your downloads folder, click the file that was just downloaded.
5. Double-click on the PaperCut Mobility Print Client.pkg to run the package.
6. Follow the installer prompts to agree to the terms and conditions then click Install.
7. When prompted, enter your username and password.  NOTE FOR STUDENTS: This is your username and password to log into the computer NOT your Stout username and password.
8. The printers will be installed automatically.
9. When printing for the first time, you will be prompted for a username and password.  Enter your Stout username and password.

You can check that printers are installed by going to System Preferences>Printers & Scanners.  Potential printers installed:

• Public_FollowMe (Printing in the library and other public printers)
• ResHall_FollowMe (Printing in your residence hall)
