I'm in a database with an article/chapter/book I want to link to. Where is the permanent link I need?
Ebook Central (ProQuest) Items
For Ebook Central (ProQuest):
Click Share Link to Book and copy the URL that appears. This will direct students to the book from on and off campus.
EBSCO Items
For EBSCO Databases:
Click on Permalink on the right-side menu.
Copy and paste the Permalink URL into your Canvas course. This link will direct students to the article from on and off campus.
Gale Items
For Gale:
Gale uses all stable URLs. You can copy and paste the URL from your browser's address bar. This link will direct students to the item from on and off campus.
JSTOR Items
For JSTOR:
Copy the Stable URL. This link will direct students to the item from on and off campus.
Knovel Items
For Knovel:
Knovel uses all stable URLs. You can copy and paste the URL from your browser's address bar. This link will direct students to the item from on and off campus.
