Off-Campus Outreach and Collaborations:

Press Releases/Local News: University Marketing handles press releases. Jerry Poling writes most of them and requests that if we have something going on to let them know. They are always looking for stories/items that reflect positively on Stout and things that will be of public interest. If in doubt, contact them and they can decide to come to the event or not.

MSC Table Tents: Coordinate with the MSC Service Center. They will require an example of your 4x6 card to show the coordinator. Upon approval you will have to insert the information into the numbers slots you are given. Table insert guidelines are here: ?

MSC Posters: These can be hung in the MSC via the Service Center as well.
