The WooHoo Crew (WHC) established itself in January 2020 to create a support system for internal library outreach, retention, and appreciation. WHC duties include:

• Plan staff celebrations including Barnard Award Party, holiday celebrations, coffee breaks, etc.
• Maintain staff appreciation communications (staff cards, staff high fives, soliciting involvement in staff activities, etc.)
• Collaborate with Social Media Team to maintain outward facing communications surrounding staff events
• Lead through example by maintaining optimistic, team based environment focused on staff appreciation
