Student organizations can host events at University Library with prior approval. University Library offers a variety of spaces, from conference rooms, to open spaces with projectors. To reserve a space for your student org event, contact Aubrey Huff email@example.com. Include your name and email address, the name of your organization, the name and a brief description of the event, and the proposed date and time.
Post to University Library social media. Your organization is expected to provide marketing content and pictures. We recommend you review the "Accessibility in PR" section of this guide. All materials will require approval by the PR Committee Chair: Aubrey Huff.
Include your event in Check This Out (monthly library newsletter), library lobby slides and posters. Contact Aubrey with requests.
Circulation students: Contact Circulation supervisor with requests. Can help with simple signage, displays and more, depending on skill set of students
