Effective March 2021, the Check This Out (CTO) newsletter changed platforms to Microsoft Sway. This decision was supported by the PR Committee for its ease of use and sustainability for future newsletter writers and contributors.

Send updates to PR Committee Chair or Graduate Assistant by the 20th of each month, including pictures whenever possible.

The finished newsletter will be posted monthly on Sway at the beginning of the month, no later than the 5th of each month. A physical "cover page" will be posted in each location the previous version of the newsletter was posted throughout the building. To post the cover page, print the appropriate number of copies and fill out a Student Project Request form. 

Each monthly newsletter will be shared via social media, an updated slide through the library website, on Campus Life Today, and Campus Connections.
